Shipping and return

Shipping options and delivery of prints:
We use Pigs.no a print publisher located in Oslo. They print all our prints and shipping it of to the customer. After the order is made it takes 3 working days until the customer receives the order. The transport varies from destination. Within Norway it takes 2-3 working days, international 6-8 business days. 


Shipping and delivery of our clothing:
All motives produced and shipped on demand by Printful. Their facilities is found around the globe and ships from your closest location.

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location. See estimate timeframes below:

- USA: 3–4 business days

- Europe: 6–8 business days

- International: 10–20 business days


Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.


My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

• Ask your local post office if they have your package

• Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at yourneighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@rooftopjohnny.com with your order number.If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.


What you can expect from us:
Once your order is placed and the packages has left the building, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We’ll keep you posted is something happens. If your order contains goods that are not in stock, we will contact you to arrange the best possible delivery before we send the goods.

We pack all goods in proper packaging so that your goods reach you safely and undamaged.

What we expect from you:

In case of delayed delivery:
If you have not received the goods/collection notification within 7 days after we have sent the goods, please contact customer service.(support@rooftopjohnny.com)

You are responsible for collecting the goods at the agreed delivery location.

If you choose not to pick up the goods, so that they are automatically returned to us without notice of regret - you will be refunded the amount paid, minus a fee of NOK 250 to cover our shipping and handling costs.


Return of goods and use of the right of withdrawal:
If you wish to return the goods, you must send us an email no later than 14 days after you have received the goods, and send the goods as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days after notification of the use of the right of withdrawal has been sent to us. We will refund the amount paid as soon as we have received the returned package. You are responsible for paying the return postage yourself.
