Where are the prints made/printed?

We exclusively use Matte Prints, a high-quality fine art paper that not only elevates the visual appeal of our illustrations but also aligns with our environmental values. Comprising 25% white cotton and 75% cellulose paper, this paper strikes a balance between premium quality and ecological mindfulness. Printed an shipped from Norway. 


Where to buy frame to your print:

Since we’re based just outside Oslo, we recommend a workshop in Oslo, Too Many Prints. They have a range of good quality of wooden frames, produced in Norway. Also you can check out Kollektrammer.no, a workshop in Oslo. You can allways go to Desenio.no or theposterclub.com to buy frames.


How and where are the clothes made?

All motives and desgined is produced and shipped on demand by Printful. Their facilities is found around the globe and ships from your closest location. All clothes are limted and we only uses items from Stanley Stella.


How and where are the skateboards maanufactured?

Our skateboards are made of 100% North Canadian maple that’s not only tough as nails but also sustainably sourced. Our boards are coming from trees that have seen nothing but good vibes and sustainable management practices. The boards are manufactured in ArtPrint located in France, Europe. 


Where are your store loacted?

Our studio is located in Tønsberg, just a train-ride from Oslo. But we only sell and publish our prints and clothes at our online store. 


Can I make a change to my order?

If your order is not all ready packed and shipped, we are more than happy to make changes to you order.

Custom paintings or illustration:

Sure, if you want a custom illustration or painting of your own town or city rooftops, or even a fantasy world, just send us an email with details so we can prepare an offer and pricing. The prising depends on size and format of the picture. 


Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.


My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

• Ask your local post office if they have your package

• Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them


If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at yourneighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@rooftopjohnny.com with your order number.If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.


What you can expect from us:

Once your order is placed and the packages has left the building, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We’ll keep you posted is something happens. If your order contains goods that are not in stock, we will contact you to arrange the best possible delivery before we send the goods.

We pack all goods in proper packaging so that your goods reach you safely and undamaged.
