Delivery of prints
Prints are printed to order in Norway and shipped straight to you. Expect 2–5 business days within Norway and 6–8 business days to the rest of Europe. Shipping is free.

Delivery of caps
Caps are made to order by Printful and shipped from the nearest production facility. Expect 3–5 business days within Norway and 6–8 business days within Europe.

Customs and duties
If you order from outside Norway, customs fees and taxes may apply. These are set by your local customs office, not by me, so it's worth checking with them before you order.

Your package hasn't arrived?
Before getting in touch, please check:

• That the delivery address in your order confirmation is correct
• Whether the package is waiting at your local post office or pickup point
• Whether a neighbour has received it for you

Still nothing? Email me at support@rooftopjohnny.com with your order number and we'll sort it out. If there was a mistake in the address, I'm happy to send a new package, but you'll need to cover the shipping.

What you can expect from me
Once your order has shipped, you'll get an email with a tracking number. If anything comes up along the way, I'll let you know. Everything is packed carefully so it arrives in one piece.

What I expect from you
If you haven't received your package or a pickup notice within 7 days of shipping, let me know. You're responsible for collecting your package. If it isn't collected and is returned to me, I'll refund your order minus a NOK 250 fee to cover shipping and handling.

Returns and right of withdrawal
You have 14 days' right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. Email me within that period, and send the item back no later than 14 days after notifying me. Return shipping is at your own cost. I'll refund you as soon as I've received the item. Read more in the sales and payment conditions.
