Where are the prints made?
The prints are printed in Norway on high-quality matte fine art paper, made from 25% cotton and 75% alpha-cellulose. The paper gives the illustrations a soft, calm look with no glare.

Where can I buy a frame?
Prints are delivered without a frame. I recommend Too Many Prints and Kollektrammer in Oslo, which both make quality wooden frames in Norway. Desenio and BGA Fotostore also have a wide range in standard sizes.

How are the caps made?
The caps are embroidered and made to order by Printful. Nothing is produced until someone buys it, so there's no leftover stock.

How are the skateboards made?
The decks are made from 7-ply Canadian maple and manufactured by ArtPrint in France.

Do you have a physical store?
My studio is in Tønsberg, a train ride from Oslo, but I only sell through the online store.

Can I change my order?
As long as it hasn't shipped yet, yes. Send me an email and I'll sort it out.

Do you make custom illustrations?
Yes! If you'd like the rooftops of your city, your neighbourhood or a completely made-up world, email me with a few details and I'll send you a quote. Pricing depends on size and format.

Will I have to pay customs?
If you order from outside Norway, customs fees and taxes may apply. These are set by your local customs office, so it's worth checking with them before you order.

My order should be here by now. What should I do?
First check that the address in your order confirmation is correct, and whether the package is at your pickup point or with a neighbour. If you still can't find it, email me at support@rooftopjohnny.com with your order number.
